Our office location
Our office is on the third floor of the HUB building, located on the north side of Daniel Street, between Sixth Street and Wright Street, ½ block west of the main Quad and just west of the Illini Union Bookstore building.
Please enter at 614 E. Daniel Street at the door marked “Office of the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” Take the elevators from the lobby to the third floor, then turn right to find the Office for Access & Equity suite, number 303.
Also on our floor you will find the Title IX Office, Academic Inclusive Excellence, the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion administrative staff, and several classroom/meeting spaces.
Google Maps, Apple Maps, and other navigation tools will provide accurate directions to our office. However, because our building is recently constructed, “street view” and similar depictions may not be accurate.
Metered street parking is available on Daniel Street across from our building, and along Sixth Street and other streets in the vicinity.
If you are traveling by bus, our building is located ½ block west of the Transit Plaza bus stop (on Wright Street just north of Daniel Street), which is served by the following MTD bus lines: 1 Yellow, 4 Blue, 8 Bronze, 9 Brown, 13 Silver, 21 Raven, 22 Illini, and 24 Link. We are also 2 blocks south of the 6th & Green bus stop which is served by the 5 Green bus. For the most up-to-date transit information, see the MTD website.
