Our office is open weekdays, 8:30am-5:00pm, and closed on weekends and university holidays. We encourage you to make an appointment if you wish to meet with someone in person. Calls, emails, and forms received outside of business hours will usually not be addressed until the next business day. If there is an immediate risk to health or safety, please call 911 to connect with medical support or local law enforcement.
Our office location
Our office is on the third floor of the HUB building, located on the north side of Daniel Street, between Sixth Street and Wright Street, ½ block west of the main Quad and just west of the Illini Union Bookstore building.
Please enter at the door for 614 E. Daniel Street, take the elevators from the lobby to the third floor, and turn right to find the Office for Access & Equity, suite number 303.
Our floor also houses the full range of other offices and services that are part of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Access, Civil Rights & Community, as well as classrooms and meeting spaces.
Metered street parking is available on Daniel Street across from our building, and along Sixth Street and other streets in the vicinity.
If you are traveling by bus, our building is located ½ block west of the Transit Plaza bus stop (on Wright Street just north of Daniel Street), which is served by the following MTD bus lines: 1 Yellow, 4 Blue, 8 Bronze, 9 Brown, 13 Silver, 21 Raven, 22 Illini, and 24 Link. We are also 2 blocks south of the 6th & Green bus stop which is served by the 5 Green bus line. For the most up-to-date transit information, see the MTD website.
