The Academic Accommodations Implementation Review (AAIR) Process is available to students with current DRES Letters of Academic Accommodations to promptly address disputes that may arise related to the implementation of their academic accommodation in their current courses. The AAIR process includes an informal and formal process which are available to a student currently enrolled in a course in which the dispute arises related to implementation. To file a request for an AAIR review, please use the AAIR Request Form. AAIR requests are directed to, and addressed by, the ADA Coordinator.
This process is distinct from the university’s procedures for investigating and adjudicating unlawful discrimination based on disability pursuant to the university’s Nondiscrimination policy.
