Train the Search Team

Inclusive Hiring at Illinois Training  

The Inclusive Hiring at Illinois training must be completed by hiring managers, search committee chairs, search committee members, and search coordinators before a position can be posted on the job board. Once completed, the training is valid for two years. 

All participants must complete Part 1: Inclusive Hiring Core Principles.
